Madeline Gatti is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve come across with any professional services. Madeline was unapologetically late for the appointment, presumptuous during conversations, disrespectful and borderline racist. She’s simply incompetent and cannot do the job properly even when someone has finished half of the prep work for her. She's just unfit for any client-facing positions.

He is the most irresponsible professional I’ve ever met, he take your papers, he promises to do your taxes, he takes your money, and then he doesn’t even answer the phone, this accountant is a fraud, a scam, be careful with this man if you don’t want to lose your money and fail to have your taxes done before the IRS deadline.

Biggest scammer ever charges 500 and up for simple tax returns, preys on foreigners and people who don't speak English. Definitely don't recommend.

The CEO stole my identity and filed fraudulent 1099 tax forms for $350,000.00. The CEO harasses victims, uses the company to retrieve social security numbers of victims and spreads false tax laws to victims to persuade them into believing that they owe taxes that are not due. The company and CEO were sued in federal court for fraud and also has a fraud judgment against them.

Very disrespectful individual! My mother has done business with her for over 15 years. I finally allow her to complete my 2021 return. This immature preparer received my return and all other info in February. On April 11th, the home of the preparer was visited to ask for a status update ONLY, since phone lines were going unanswered! She handed my taxes back, stated that she was tired of people calling and to find someone else to complete them! This late into tax season!!! Please REFRAIN from using her services, PLEASE!

Screwed us big time, then went on a mental health absence. He was operating on a suspended license. Now thank god his like has been cancelled!

This guy made a "mistake" on our 2021 Fed taxes that cost us $2,100 by overlooking a form which we had provided to him.

Joseph Kizito prepared my tax returns for the year 2020 and failed to complete and turn in my return, for more than a year, I waited and I did not get my returns. I finally called the state and I was told that Joseph did not submit my return. I called joseph to see what the next step will be, he refused to pick up my calls. I called, sent him multiple messages and text messages without any response from him. I am very disappointed in the service that this company provides and I will encourage people to think twice before you have them complete your tax returns.

Did not receive all of my tax return. Did not provide a price. Lied on my tax return saying I did not receive the recovery rebate when I did and explained it to her. Explained I wanted the refund in MY BANK ACCOUNT in which she was given the information. Was not told a price, reached out numerous times to her for updates and information and did not receive any full detailed responses. She had the return sent to her account and I was told by the tax advocate the refund was sent March 9th. I was told by the preparer I was only getting a certain amount, and was sent a cashiers check in a different amount on my refund. Over all I was not told truthfully anything with this company and will be filing a complaint. I asked about the other portion of my money and just got a crazy answer. Who charges 972 for TAXES TO BE PREPARED?!! Will stick with H&R BLOCK!

Scammer. Will lie about deductions to get you more money then take more money than he says he’s going to take. Poor communication and people skills

Working with Lori was extremely difficult. She was hard to reach, reluctant to help me and answer my questions, and her attitude is quite disrespectful. Lori demanded $500 from me for asking a single question and would charge me without my knowledge for simple advice and even quick phone calls. I would not recommend her service, in fact, I would avoid working with Lori in general. Not worth it.

Mistakes and no responses for months. don't ever use this guy. Even after service sucks. Never use.

Still can't get a copy of my own tax return, a year later and not in the "Vault" and can't get a copy. Don't expect a call back. They messed up the return, failed to file it timely , can't give me a copy and they don't respond to emails or calls. AWFULL Unprofessional

Lynn Wertheimer gave me the most unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I have ever received. If I could leave zero stars I would. Not sure where the mistake was, but when I arrived at the office the nice girl behind the desk informed me I wasn’t on their schedule, even though I had received email confirmations from H&R Block and started the process of uploading my documents. The girl brought Lynn out after a few minutes, and Lynn looked as pissed as hell that I was there. Without even greeting me, she immediately started giving me the third degree and complaining that she was done an hour ago and trying to catch up. I showed her my email confirmation, she sighed and begrudgingly told me to come back. I offered to make another appointment and she snapped back, “no we can go I’m just trying to catch up on work”. Absolutely no way was I going to sit with her after the blatant disrespect and give her my business. So with that, I kindly said it clearly is not a good time and I will come back, however I have no intentions of returning.

This was my first time going to a tax person was always skeptical going to someone to do my taxes. NOW AFTER GOING HERE I WILL DEFINITELY be sticking to turbo tax he OVER charged me payed him almost 700 to do taxes when only getting a low amount and then to find out he messed up on my taxes and when calling he just kept saying I ask for a loan said I NEVER did and said call him back so he can check, but each time I call it’s the same thing or he’s not available I cut my losses realizing I just got played and not getting my money but HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO COME HERE I had several people come here and I wasn’t the only one having problems

Wanda Glover filed extensions on my business returns without our knowledge. I met with her and went over my taxes line by line and she told me she was e-filing and was done with our taxes. Little did I know until I got a penalty letter in the mail that she had not filed my last 5 years of taxes and filed an extension each year without our approval or knowledge then she forgot to turn the taxes in. She is not competent in doing her job and should be shut down!!!

Horrible experience! After waiting a month to hear back from Marion we decided to just take business elsewhere… but now she refuses to return our tax information. any contact with her is responded with false hopes of return correspondence. Even tried stopping at her house and she quickly fed a line of bs and ran. Would not recommend to anyone unless you enjoy the headache of having to get duplicate information for tax returns. Wouldn’t have been so bad if she was just honest and told us she couldn’t handle it, or that she lost our paperwork… but to feed us bs false hope is just wrong. Because of this bs we are now down to two weeks to get duplicate forms… no way will that happen. never again!

The president and I met in person and had a conversation in which I told him one of two people recommended me to him (couldn’t remember which). I discussed my personal details but none of this conversation was recorded except for as a few handwritten notes, one small page, which he handed to his secretary. I sent an email to his secretary that night with my old tax return and three (numbered) pieces of information that were changes for 2021. The tax file was created and sent back to me ignoring two of the three details. I politely asked for the changes to be made —twice, one for each detail—and was sent back a tax return missing an entire form.The form he missed helps in my getting a refund. I was polite in requesting the full finalized tax return including the invoice, summary of taxes due, and any refund info but I wrote: “This whole experience has been very disorganized and inept. I won’t be returning for next year. Let me know if I missed something to sign, the final amounts estimated for…. and the address for the check so that this transaction can be over.” I get an email back asking me to pay the bill, without acknowledgment of the mistake, or apology. This is literally the same day they sent their final draft (3/23/22), so it’s not like I’m late on anything. I write back: “Yes, which is why I asked for a summary of: Refund amount estimated State payment Where to send check (or preferably electronic option) Confirmation of total amount of invoice I have never dealt with any tax place so unprofessional.” For this, I get an email claiming I lied about who recommended me (untrue, and this is in an email), calling me “less than honorable,” and writing “we typically deal with more complicated accounts,” essentially saying they did not need my business anyways. Lesson learned and passing this information on for anyone else who is a regular individual filer.

Along with preparing taxes, Janet and her husband, Scott Morrow also own a couple rentals in town. Not only is Scott a little off-the-wall and comes by your house without notice, but they also illegally hold TWO deposits and refuse to communicate about any issues. When I asked Janet if she was aware of the “31-day deposit return or a detailed damage checklist with the damages” and that it is illegal to hold onto the deposit any longer, she said yes and continued to disobey the law. Glad she doesn’t do my taxes, would be scared of what they are missing in that department too. She also feels the need to tell me the last THREE TIMES I’ve seen her, “oh, you must be ___, I haven’t met you before”... y’all, I lived there for over three years.... and shes met/seen me multiple times!!!! WORST COMPANY AND YOU CAN TELL THEIR COMPANY IS AGING WITH THEM!
