Denton Hammond, CPA, P.C. was established as a full service CPA firm in 1996 to serve the accounting, tax and consulting needs of small businesses and their owners in the North Atlanta area. We are dedicated to providing the best of services to our clients in the North Atlanta area.

Denton Hammond, the managing partner and founder of Denton Hammond, CPA, P.C. is a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist. He has served clients for over 37 years in the areas of Accounting, Tax Preparation and Planning, as well as Financial and Estate Planning.

As one of the top Atlanta consultants and accountants, Denton Hammond is a specialist in general accounting, tax planning, business start-ups and expansions, succession planning, estate planning, assisting with administrative duties, negotiations and investment analysis. All regulatory matters, internal accounting, financial reporting and specialized consultation are provided in Mr. Hammond’s engagements, and he provides a sincere, personal touch while he counsels his clients with both professional and business matters.

After graduating from the University of Arizona with a BS in Mathematics, Denton chose to continue in graduate school and graduated with an MBA in Accounting in 1972. Denton served a top 4 CPA firms for almost 12 years in Los Angeles and Atlanta. Denton then went to work as Chief Financial Officer for one of Atlanta’s largest construction companies, where he gained some very valuable knowledge from the business side. In 1989, he decided to start his own CPA firm and has been serving clients ever since.
