Agustin was very quick to respond early on and had no problem taking $300 to complete 2 years of taxes. He was very quick to get this handled. Well at least I thought. It has been nearly 3 months and no return. I am not sure if he entered wrong information or just skipped me on $300. He will not return calls or emails. Very poor communication. DO NOT USE HIM FOR TAX PREP!!!

Very unprofessional!! I had two amendments to be done. He did one and I paid him $200. After that, he drops off the face of the earth! He will not return emails or calls. After such a long void of contact with him he finally responded and agreed to do my other amendment for free. I sent him the information, against my better judgement, and I haven't heard from him since and its been 4 months!! He will NOT return my emails. He will not let me know the status of the returns. Terrible!! I am going to have to get my other amendment done elsewhere because he just doesn't care unless he's making money. Then he just forgets about you. I will never use this guy again and don't recommend him for anyone. Shady.
