This establishment lacks professionalism and basic customer service. One of their female staff was EXTREMELY rude and instead of the owner coming out to defuse the situation he came out with a lock in order to intimidate. They continue to give different dates as to when the money will arrive and have even stated to check my bank. Though, I did not provide them with any bank information and signed to pick up my check. @IRS needs to look into them. They are too busy falsify taxes and claiming fake dependents instead of doing their due diligence and ensuring they are leaving their customers satisfied.
