I was introduced to tax consultant Van-Hanh Nguyen by a family friend. I scheduled an appointment with her on Feb 23 to discuss about my company's financial situation. After the meeting, i asked for her assistance in filing my company tax for the year 2019. As soon as i get back to my office, i sent her all the necessary documents that she requested. After that, believe it or not, she DID NOT start on the project and ignored all my emails. Today, the minute i sent her the email saying that i have proceeded with another CPA, she responded immediately and said "received. Thank you". What upsets me is that if she could not help me, she should have said that at the beginning, instead of ignoring me like that. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
