Experience was the worse to say the least they basically took my information and never contacted me back I had to contact someone to contact them for a response. I asked where my tax return is and his assistant Erica never responded to me. At this point i have no information and not getting a response from my so called tax assistant I have to blow up there phone for a response…3 months going on 4 no tax refund. I don’t even write reviews but at this point I’m left with no choice and can’t even verify if they did anything on their end. There are far better professionals. Turn away from this one.
