Tim screwed up my Illinois state return and it came back to me as uncompleted. Now I have a penalty to pay. Need to get him or someone to fix this immediately! I sent my return in on time thru the mail, the State said it got it in time but it was filled out by Tim Fitzsimmons incorrectly.
