Shanena stole two chromebooks from me as a bookkeeper. She claimed to be a single mom. According to the lawsuit brought against her - not true, she has a husband. She claimed to be without a working computer. So I got her a chromebook. Then she said it was dead on arrival. So I bought her another one. Then she gave me radio silence. When I got ahold of her, she acted so non chalant. As if she deserved all I had given her extra!!! Hmm. I thought of her again now because I got a class action notice for squaretrade. Hmm. If she was hurting that much - as she claims. How come she bought a squaretrade subscription?!?!

Very profession but friendly person. Shanena has been doing my taxes for three years now and I always get back a nice refund. She's honest and reliable and would refer anyone to go see her.
