Trying to get last 2 years tax returns for my Mother, which Rebecca said she would only do by mail and not electronically, but still haven't received them even with follow up emails. She has completely ghosted me. My business accountant who sent her a secure portal to upload those files has not received them either. She was helpful over the years, but this is just puzzling me. My mother also had to pay a fine to the IRS and Rebecca said she'd send a short form which would alleviate that issue. never got that as well.
