Went to Gio for an easy corporate filing - wanted to use an accountant to make sure filing correctly since partners involved - He did not do it but referred it out to someone named Orient using the taxremedy email and he referred to him as a partner - they were quick to collect the money for preparations of the s corp that was agreed upon during the consult would be best for a partnership - I expressed time was of the essence and after several weeks after taking my money and no returned calls - I had to go through a friend to have them return my call - they stated they would start working on it and another week goes by - no return calls or emails - I had to text threatening to return my money since it hasn't even begun with paperwork i could have done in an hour - I then receive an immediate phone call asking for more information that i already provided they then stated they were waiting on the filing fee funds - i expressed to them why when i transferred over funds they did not include that and i also stated i emailed and called several time asking what about the filing fees since i knew they would use this an excuse - Orient then filed the paperwork a couple days later and we had to wait literally 3 weeks for status - i told him i have filed many corp filings through sunbiz and had responses in literally 48 hours - he stated there was a hold up with sunbiz - When i received the receipt from sunbiz i noticed he filed the wrong corp paperwork - we specifically discussed and was advised by this tax firm s corp was the best with having partners - Well they filed LLC not the paperwork we agreed on - then denied ever discussing this me - then said they would look into fixing it - knowing time was of the essence and needed the EIN number that was to go with this paperwork - no calls - no email - I had to file the EIN myself - never fixed the corp paperwork and kept all the money when i had to file EIN and fix their errors myself - agreed to returning half the funds which NEVER was returned - one of the worst experiences of my life with an accountant To top it off when researched to file a complaint - tax remedy which is what they used on emails and transfer of funds was not even in business and inactive on sunbiz so they were working with an inactive license Then to make matters worse I go on sunbiz and they together have 15 different companies opened and closed - several are accounting - so basically open one get bad reviews or reprimanded - close open another one under a different name - same reviews close and then another name
