Her and the branch are the absolute worst ,we went in February 10 to get our texts done and it turned into $400 and bs on giving you pricing before you start !! And we still haven’t gotten are taxes because she didn’t do the paperwork right and now almost 3 months later she’s never in the office and her manager says he’s gonna help and doesn’t we call the IRS and they can’t do anything,they don’t fill out the proper paperwork the IRS requests u can’t get ahold of her by phone or showing up and no one wants to help
