He SUCKS! Screwed up three times on one return. First it was a computer glitch, second he forgot to file the amended return, and third he didn't bother returning my calls. So now I'm stuck figuring out how I'm going to pay over $1,000. Big man says he'll pay the penalty. How about refunding my three years of fees for filing bad taxes???
