I'm trying to get my stimulus check from this company. The IRS said they sent my check to them on May 1st and every time I call them, they say they can't get in the mailbox because the manager Jasmine is out of town and the manager Jasmine is the only one that can open the mailbox. This same story has gone on for weeks now. The tax agent that answers the phone says that a lot of people are waiting for their checks that are stuck in the mailbox as well. I lost my job due to Covid -19 and I'm still waiting on unemployment to kick in. The government sent out checks to help ease the financial burden. I really could use the help. I read the reviews on their Google page and many others are complaining that this company stole money from them. How are they able to get away with this for so many years?
