TAX CLIENTS/ BUSINESS OWNERS don’t do it. We were scammed. We paid Hugo Gonzalez to file our business and personal taxes, only to disappear when the IRS came after us for penalties and problems with both returns. Instead of fixing the mistakes, Hugo and his team went MIA and we still have not been able to get a hold of him or his office to fix the situation for months. Months and months of unanswered calls and emails. All we asked him to do was rectify the situation.

I would think twice before deciding on giving this guy any business. If you decide to go with him you should expect no phone calls back from him. He'll be 20 minutes late to his app, then promise your taxes will be done in a few day, three weeks later no words from him. so you decide to call him, but he's either away from his desk or on conference calls. He is even a coward to face you once you decide to stop by to pick your file. Of course his time is precious but you just wasted three weeks of your and not even one word of apology from him. Do your self a favor and find someone else.
