I went to Scott several years ago looking for help, when we were in the middle of a complicated situation involving working in Iowa living in IL. The IRS came back at me 3 years later. IA/IL are reciprocating but if you are self employed, you better file in both! He was able to help us out and has since taken care every year to make sure everything is prepared properly.
