Minus 5 Stars!!! Turned in w2's and paperwork along with a personal check to cover fee on 4/1/16 She cashed our check on 4/18/16. As of 8/9/16 have not received any evidence or paperwork showing our taxes have been filed. Have called over twenty times and left messages, She returned one call to say that she was out of town and would take care of computer problem when she returned. We are buying a new home and cannot get loan processed because she has not filed our taxes. Have filed complaints with BBB, Douglas,Paulding county Chamber Commerce, Georgia Department of Revenue
