ShaLynn Wash has been dishonest and unethical in our experience. She owes $2.100 in back rent which she promised to pay once she received her $4000 tax return. She singed a promissory paper and also tricked us into believing that she had sent a money order for this large debt. We wouldn't trust her with anything involving money.
