Mr Ledezma prepared my 2019 tax refund which was $5,085.00 but actually as per the IRS it was $5,887.00 , that’s $ 802.00 difference plus $300 that i paid him through Zelle to file my return. He never told me my refund would go to his bank account even though I gave him my bank account information. I was naive and trusted him. As per the IRS Rep. $5,887.00 was deposited to his account , he then turned around and deposited me 5,085.00 therefore where are the remaining $802.00 dlls. (Seems I paid $1,102.00 to file my return). I told Mr. Ledezma that II would report this to the IRS. since I also checked my 2018 refund also prepared by him and the same thing, my refund should’ve been $4,475.00 as per the IRS rep and I was only deposited $3,693.00 a big difference of 782.00 plus $250.00 filing fees. (Again, I paid $1,032.00 to file my return). All this Information, I got from an actual live IRS representative. I’m going through my investigation with the IRS. Over 1,000.00 fee is over charging, maybe legal but that isn’t what i signed up for. I would recommend to double check with the IRS, just log into www.irs.gov create your username and password and you can view and compare your returns. Actually the copies that were given to me have different amounts then what the IRS has. Therefore, if at anytime or for whatever reason you are asked to provide copies of your returns , guess what? Their wrong, at least mine are. There’s more to this but too time consuming and to long to write. It’s not unlawful to report concerns to the IRS or to demand answers.
