This young lady is smart and well spoken. Aside from her looks, working with the rest of her is a nightmare. She was supposed to file my taxes and prepare updated financials so I could finance a new expansion project. After many months of delays and not returning my calls, I had to go to Manhattan myself to insist on my papers in person. It was 2pm but I was told she was out to lunch. I sat there for two hours until she waltzed in and informed me my papers had been ready since last week. Interest rates have risen almost two percent in the amount of time I've been waiting for these papers and this will cost me tens of thousands in unnecessary interest that I could have avoided by going to another firm.
