Client Reviews of Dennis J. Brede

We have found Dennis Brede's business practices to be unethical and unprofessional. He has not followed through on work he has been paid for and has been unresponsive to multiple attempted communications. Upon finally obtaining a response he told us the work was completed and was mailed, however it was found it wasn't even started. His lack of overall concern on how he treats a customer is dumbfounding. We have given him ample opportunity to resolve the situation, he has instead chosen to ignore any resolution. He refrained from giving our property back until we contacted the authorities. We have now started the process of taking him to small claims court to recover the funds we paid to him for services that were never rendered. We have also had to find someone else to perform the work he was paid to perform. His lack of caring with how someone else’s business will be affected by his actions needs to be brought to the forefront. Past actions indicate future behavior. People have a right to know what type of business he practices. I do NOT recommend Dennis Brede.
