Client Reviews of Clarence W. Taylor, CPA

Mr. Taylor has prepared my taxes for the last 3 years. He does an excellent job at making sure I receive my maximum refund however he is very unprofessional in that he does not communicate with his customers in an effective manner. This year he has had my tax documents for 3 months and he has yet to file my return NOR has he responded to my NUMEROUS attempts to contact him. His voicemail is always full and he does not respond to emails. At this point I have no idea what to expect and I still cannot get a hold of him. I am not the only person experiencing this frustration, a close friend of mine is experiencing the same issue. I will be reporting him to the IRS and the Association of CPA's if he does not respond to me within the next 2 days. I have never been so frustrated in my life.
