This was our worst nightmare ever. This tax preparer put us in trouble with IRS and did not show up for IRS audit. We had to hire a tax attorney to defend ourselves. It cost us nearly $100,000 to get out from the mess this tax preparer had created.

I would NEVER recommend this tax firm anyone. The customer service is terrible. I received a letter stating that they were cleaning house and getting rid of customers starting with me! I own a business and would never treat a customer that way. I called the receptionist and she was nothing but rude to me and said Frank will no longer take my calls. I finally was able to get her to figure out why they would send me such a letter, turns out they think I owed them money but it was a simple mistake on their end but the damage has already been done. Also they charge upwards of $1000. That's way too much money to be treated like dirt. Take your business else where.
