For many years Anna has done my taxes (short form) and was always reliable. When I retired in 2014 and moved to Florida, Anna stated she would do my taxes for 2014 as that would actually be the last time I would have to officially file. I sent all my tax forms to her the first week in March, called her to make sure she had received them, she had. Called her after about a week to make sure she got them no answer, left message, Called again March 30 left message. At some point she returned my call and said she would be done by Monday and mail the paperwork to me and what I owed her. I told her I could send a check and she said no there was no need to at that time. I never heard from her again. I never got the paperwork I text and emailed. On April 14, my former husband who lived in New Market, went by Anna's house at my request. He asked her for my paperwork, she told him she had mailed it to me that day. She had not. I emailed her one more time requesting it and never got a response.
