In our situation, Mr. Verges' performance in court was less than satisfactory. His billing is not detailed and as a client I want to know exactly what I am paying for, especially at his cost per hour. He charges the same amount per hour for travel as he does working on the case. I can understand charging a fee for driving, but over $200 an hour for driving seems excessive. I would not recommend his services.
