the first year with Lillie was good. But, the second year has been awful. It is now May 6, 2015 and we still don't have the copy of our 2013 taxes. She won't answer our phone calls, texts or emails. She cost us $9800.00 in fines and interest on our 2013 taxes. We will NEVER use her again. As of now, we have to spend $200.00 on an attorney trying to get our 2013 returns in our possession.
