Sanford was the fiduciary of my parents trust and he continually stole monies from the trust and mismanaged the apartments he was overseeing. He charged outrageous trust fees and has been given 5 chances to turn in acceptable accounting to the courts and finally was taken off as trustee as he was unable to turn in acceptable accounting to the judge. He was removed as our fiduciary, thankfully, by the San Diego court system.
