Client Reviews of Peter Wirchansky

The worst in customer service. They held my taxes and called me on the 10th to tell me that I owe him money and they refused to process our taxes until we made a $425 payment. There was absolutely no notice on his part, no customer contact until 4/10/2014. When I asked to speak to Peter/owner, his secretary said he can return my call after April 15th. Is that how you want to be treated when you are resolving a payment? Its unfortunate, because his father Ed, was doing my taxes for years and same with my families taxes. He would have NEVER treated his clients this way EVER! Peter sucks.
