Client Reviews of Jose Orellana Serrano, SRTP

I am an independent contractor for two different professional services. I called Mr. Jose Orellana for answers on what is required to do taxes and even told him the amount of income I had received for last year. In the phone call he answered quick and polite. He assured me he could do my taxes. Once I arrived at 4:15pm to the office so Mr. Jose Orellana could complete my state taxes, the old lady in front desk who writes down client's names on a list told me Mr. Orellana could not do my taxes because my income was too low. She even divulged and laughed on how low my income was in front of the rest of the clients waiting for their services, which were around 15 persons doing taxes the last day to file too. I was so embarrassed by her lack of politeness and privacy that I decided to go to another CPA. I am sorry for Mr. Orellana cause he is pretty good at what he does but the person in front "desk" should know how to have a better communication with clients and get into an agreement with her boss when answering questions to clients. I drove 40 minutes to this office to do taxes because, according to the answers I received during the telephone call, he assured me he could do my taxes but once I arrived to the office it was a different answer given by the front desk lady. They contradict themselves.
