Incompetent.....after 2 years of discussion about my upcoming retirement and numerous questions of how my filing would change she didn't notice that the retirement info was missing and I ended up with $9,000 in Bach tax , and fines ....then she didn't even help me address the situation. Nor did she even call or tex to see if it worked out or maybe I needed help
