Poor customer support. Patricia (Trisha) Wilson will not return phone calls. I've called her numerous times to get a copy of my elder mother's tax return from 2013 to comply with written instructions from the IRS. She won't return any of my families phone messages for assistance. Is this the type of support you want from someone you pay to provide tax assistance?
