I've been dealing with Tia for a couple years now and like everyone says no problem but then she stopped answering phone calls text messages and everything so I get a letter from the IRS where I owe them money she said she'll take care of the problem and still have not yet to answer my phone calls or emails or anyting. I am trying to buy home and mortgage people are trying to get in touch with her still she refused to send my 2017 to 2018 tax years and plus I owe the IRS which she put me down for something that I not was not in so yeah beware of before you go to her and let her do any kind of taxes .

We have used Tia for the last few years with no problem... until now she refuses to return emails, calls and text messages. On the occasion she might it's always an excuse or I'll get back to you. She also handles our sons taxes he works for the government and her lack of response could affect his clearences!
