On March 21, 2015, I had an appointment with Mr. Isaac Michel at 4:00 pm but when I arrived at his office at 4:08 pm, it appeared that no one was in the office. Therefore, I attempted to call out to make sure that Mr. Michel or anyone was not in the back and could not hear that someone had entered the office. Since I travelled from Westchester, I decided to wait in the hall to see if he would arrive. An hour later, Mr. Michel still had not arrived. Therefore, I decided to leave him a note informing him that I had been there waiting for him. I left my number as well because I wanted find out why he was not available at the appointed time. When I arrived home, I received a phone call from Mr. Michel but he did not offer an apology for his tardiness. Yet, when I queried, he stated that he had to bring a check to someone. He then stated that if I would return that he would pay for my $7.50 bridge toll (both ways) plus gas. I had to ponder his offer because of his unprofessionalism and the fact that he left his door open with other people's valuable information inside. When I made an audible sound to imply that I was thinking, Mr. Isaac seemed to get up set and stated that he is the best tax preparer in Brooklyn and that I should look him up. He further stated that he was a pastor and he did not like doing taxes because he is being sued by other people when he works so hard for them. I was very much put off by his outburst so when I attempted to respond, he told me to have a nice day and he hung up his phone on me while I was still on the line. My take away from my experience with Mr. Michel is that he lacks professionalism and respect for other peoples' time. While it appears that Mr. Michel is good at preparing taxes, he lacks the capacity to safeguard his office because no one should have access to his office while he is not there. Therefore, I ask, at what cost should anyone trust that their vital and private information is properly guarded by Mr. Michel? I am very disturbed by the way that I was treated by him and I warn others to tread wisely when conducting business with him going forward.

I've been coming to Issac Michel for 6 years he is exceptional at what he does. He provides good financial advise he also lets you know what you can do to increase your income tax refund and reduce your tax liability. Do yourself a favor come and see him ASAP!!!!!!!

It has now been over 10 years since I've been utilizing Money Matters Income tax services. During those years I can earnestly say the company has steadily grew in efficiency each and every year. I've always been greeted with warm and friendly customer service in regard to scheduling appointments. If and whenever I may have had to reschedule appointments I would never receive any of the negative condescension I've previously experienced from alternative income tax companies. Furthermore, the electronic technology, such as e-sign, has more than doubled efficiency and convenience in regard to helping me garner my maximum refund on both my state and federal tax returns. I have been coming to Isaac for several years now and I come all the way from the Bronx. He is thorough in which he explains why you are getting this much back and why you can't get a deduction on your taxes if you can't. He is also well informed about the tax credits and deductions and does everything in his power to get as much back as possible for you the legal way. He is very caring and very dedicated to his work. If you want an understanding and knowledgeable tax preparer, Isaac Michel is the best in town. He's very patient while finding you the most deductions and maximizing your return! Isaac got my taxes done in a matter of minutes as opposed to making me wait for an hour or 2 trying to figure what numbers to input unlike my experience at H&R Block. He also was able to give me a better refund. My experience was way more convenient than my previous experience.

Mr. Isaac Michel establishment is very warm and his staff is friendly. He works in a timely fashion and answers all your questions. I had a question relating to mortgages and he was knowledgeable on that too. I found a great Tax Professional , What are you waiting for.
