Client Reviews of Patricia M. Greenwood, CPA

We had an audit of many years and Patricia came to our home, as that she stated is so there is no back and forth as usually the clients paperwork is at home, reviewed the situation and stated we could work to resolve the issue. We understood the final decision was with the IRS. However, there were important phone meetings that she missed and that ended up with a levied bank account and rushed agreement with the IRS. Our Federal and State taxes, she came to our home again in October and right there on the computer filed our Federal and State taxes. We thought, just recently we received an IRS letter stating those taxes were not filed until March. This created hundreds of dollars for not filing on time. And on top of that when the Federal was filed it was incorrect; without itemized deductions so the IRS did a standard form so now it was thousands of dollars. The State taxes had not been filed. Upon several text , phone calls and emails we have been left to deal with the lies and financial issues this is causing. I would not recommend her. I went to Dave Ramsey ELP website. They apologized and stated all ELPs are screened before added to their list but would be reevaluating this listing. If the issue was to much she should of stated. If she missed the meeting she should of fixed it and told us. Now we are three steps behind.
