Oscar Moreno is the absolute worst bookkeeper and tax preparer have ever come across. We made the mistake of hiring this low-IQ dunce, through a referral, for some family businesses and it was an extreme struggle. He made many mistakes and we lost a lot of money due to him. Due to his many errors, one of the businesses ended up in significant trouble with the California State Board of Equalization which resulted in ongoing audits and as a result significant penalties (well over a hundred thousand dollars). Wish we had never met this dunce. He had a significant negative impact on us financially while was involved with our businesses. And worst of all he has excuses for all of his errors. He never takes ownership and then hides behind his assistant when we attempt to reach him because his skills are pathetic. Stay away from him for your own sanity and economic health of your business
