Eugene Baldi is intrusted to to be executor for my late mothers estate. Baldi has recieved to his control over 6 figures $. Months and months have gone by with no resolution. Interestingly, this estate had two executors each handeling one side of my late mothers estate. One side of the estate is totally resoved and unfortunately the side handeled by the Baldi group is yet to be distrubuted. I am contemplating asking a judge to make the Baldi group peform as agreed.
