Client Reviews of Hovik Khaloian, CPA

We called this CPA office and were encountered by the utmost level of unprofessionalism by Hovik Khaloian. We don't have experience in filing taxes and simply asked if there is a standard fee for the service, and Mr. Khaloian responded with sarcasm and mockery. The ignorance of Mr. Khaloian is baffling. Upset, I got on the phone with him to tell him that he was very offensive and that he should apologize and answer the question in a professional manner, since that is his job which he supposedly has a degree for. He refused to apologize and later hung up on me. I highly defer people from going to him for his services, he is an ignorant and rude individual whose only form of communication is distasteful sarcasm and mockery of potential clients.
