I paid Millie to complete my corporate and personal taxes. The check was written and she wrote her personal name on the check. I was told that there would be a refund that would be received within 15 days do the e-filing. From the time she received the check to the 15 days that the refund was supposed to be received, Milly was nowhere to be found. Now after 45 days I have not heard from Millie or received a refund for her services or for the taxes that she was supposed to file. She is also refuse to return all of my documents so that I could have another tax preparer file for me
