Sam is truly the worst!! He does not answer your calls and does not care for his clients we been dealing with a tax issue since April!! We call n call n call just 2 get voice mails that are full.. We've paid several different fees with no results!! Don't do your taxes with this company!! We got screwed n still getting screwed!! We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and seek legal advice..and bay news 9
