I wont even give 1 star. Last year, he took forever doing my taxes and ended up never filing. I had to pay a penalty and pay late. This year, i drop off my paperwork asking him to prepare my taxes and he calls me to tell me they are done, asks a few questions and says he is going ahead to file electronically. I never hear from him again. I have gone by the office and he is never there. I have called without a return call and I have tried to find out what is going on through the IRS but cannot obtain my info because he must have used a wrong address. Now his voicemail box is full. I am ready to pull my hair out!
