Client Reviews of Roberta Maxwell

I just received notification from the IRS that Roberta never filed my 2019 tax return with them. I have been hounding her for years about why I never received my state tax refund that was due to me, and now it is clear that apparently it's because she never filed my state tax return either. Thankfully I owed money to the IRS in 2019 and I paid the amount on time so I hopefully won't have any fees or interest due, but this woman is A FRAUD. I feel terrible that I ever referred anyone to use her services - she has similarly screwed up returns for my sister and several other friends. I can't emphasize enough, DO NOT trust her with your finances.
