Cyndi came highly recommended to me, but I was extremely disappointed in her service. She had my taxes for three weeks, and while I was warned she was busy and there were several people ahead of me, I was getting zero response whenever I called to check on the status of my taxes. I began calling a week before the 15th, and I wasn't even getting a courtesy call back saying "I'm busy, but I got your message, I'll have them done on time." Considering she had my SSN and all of my tax info, I was pretty worried. She finally answered my call on the 14th and I was able to pick up my taxes that evening. I was shocked that I got less back than I did last year. Just out of curiosity, I used the free service on the H & R Block website to compare numbers. It took me 15 minutes to come up with the exact same numbers that were on my federal and state returns. I could have done that myself, and saved myself the worry and gotten my return back much sooner than the last minute.
