Don't have any work done by this person. She left her own dog on a back porch with no food or water for two weeks, out in the heat. Neighbors say the dog had always been neglected, the house was flea infested, and that her kids were in poor condition as well. If she can't take care of her own home, what makes you think she can take care of you?
