Horrible horrible service. I sent Jeffery my w2s for 2017 and other tax info in March. He didn't file them until June 6th!!! I couldn't even file financial aid for college because I didn't have my tax info. I tried contacting Jeffery OVER A MONTH and there was NO answer. Reason I even mailed my tax info was to see about my boyfriend claiming me, not to file my taxes. I was expecting him to mail me back my information but then he lied and said they were filed(back in April). Then it took me to threaten Jeffery with getting authorities involved for him to even contact me. His excuse was that he was in Montana in the mountains with no cell phone coverage. I've been in the mountains and I HAD plenty of coverage. The same day on June 6th when I was going to get authorities involved was when he quickly filed my taxes. I've been waiting since MARCH and it's now JUNE. My taxes were simple and easy and it took him 3 MONTHS to file!!! My return will not only be decreased but I'm screwed out of financial aid for college and that holds me back!!!! I'm very upset.
