They forgot to file my 2013 state income tax on time and I got a late penalty fee. I tried calling Michael, the son of the owner Connie to address the issue. Then he says he is in a hospital on a family emergency, but later I find out he was taking a state tax board exam and lied about the whole thing (his friend was a friend of mine coincidentally and told me he posted his status on FB). He said he would get back to me and never did. I tried calling and emailing multiple times. Not very respectable in my eyes. Not going back and taking people with me.
