Was a client for more than 20 years. The last few years he was late with tax returns, which I accepted, but the last two years he disappeared completely. Never returned my calls or emails asking if he was going to prepare my tax returns. Not even a courtesy "no." That kind of behavior is atrocious for a professional entrusted to do tax returns! Use someone else.
