I met Jennifer Driskell early 2025 to discuss my tax preparation. On March 20, 2025, after gathering all of my documents I met with Jennifer and paid her tax preparation fee. She assured me my taxes would be ready by April 15th. Today is April 10th and no taxes. I have called twice & today I called and left her a voice message that I have never had to get and extension and always paid my taxes early. I now will incur interest on what i owe even with an extension. This is not satisfactory for me. I do not like giving negative reviews but I also do not appreciate having to pay additional through no fault of my own. I should have been told if it was not feasible for me to have my taxes so I could pay on time & try to find someone who could do a simple return on time.
