Warning: Do not do business with this man! I am currently a Senior at UAB and paying semester to semester out of pocket. Due to my many responsibilities, I have simply not had the time to focus on my taxes this year. My family has been doing business with Mr. Mccay for many years now. My grandparents gave me confidence, albeit misguided, that he would help take care of my taxes. I first contacted Mr. Mccay via phone on Jan. 21st, then send him all the information he needed through e-mail. On Jan. 26th, I reach out to him as he has not replied or even confirmed he has received my information. It turns out that he had not even opened the documents. On Feb. 3rd, he finally reaches back out to me asking for more information which was answered immediately. A whole month had passed until I had to ask him for a second time to confirm if he had received my e-mail. His reply: "Find someone else to do your return." This man was negligent, disrespectful, irresponsible, and financially detrimental to my situation this semester. I wish I had gone to some one else sooner.
