Client Reviews of Alicia G. Henderson

I hired Alicia Henderson from the recommendation of a friend and I was extremely disappointed. I gave her all of the information required for her to prepare and file my individual tax return. I gave her everything she needed by the beginning of April, including the check she cashed, and it's almost June and I have still not received my tax return. She will not answer any of my calls and e-mailed me over 2 weeks ago saying that she would return all of my paperwork and my refund via certified mail. I still have received NOTHING ! She is a shame to her profession. My friend feels terrible for recommending her to me.
