Do not use these services for tax preparation. He only cares about the money he is paid. Not the individual who he is filing the paperwork for. First he misread my tax information as having paid $443 in withholding and that number was actually $5,443. So he was going to have me pay the IRS when I did not owe. And then (even though I sent him my tax records from Cleveland and gave him My direct deposit information), he had a check sent to my old address in Youngstown. Would not recommend him to anyone wanting to receive their money in a reasonable amount of time. I filed on Feb 5th and it is now March 3rd. My check was issued on February 5th. Save yourself the time!
