He is a liar a thief and a racist! He made me pay him $1000.00 up front before he allowed me to mail in my tax returns yet im still waiting for my return and each time I would call him for assistance and to look into this matter and question his responses because it was contradictory from what the woman at IRS whom I spoke with said to me he would get defensive then cursed me out told me to go to the stupid Puerto Ricans at straight tax to do my taxes and told me to go fuck myself then hangs up the phone! Its bad enough I've messaged and called him since June of 2020 regarding this and now its Feb 5th 2021 and this issue is still not rectified, I also had to call him literally 50 times for him to answer the phone from a different number , tells me he will call when he gets home its 830pm and still no call, yet again I had to call him for him to go over this issue then he sends me fake messages from the IRS website yet when I spoke with the IRS they did not and still do not have me on file . He takes advantage of single woman/mothers and is a racist disrespectful unprofessional. He tells a client to go fuck themselves because he got caught in a lie?! My advise do not do your taxes nor do any bussiness with this man. Shame on him and his company. He should be put out of bussiness!!!
